This document (as well as other documents mentioned herein) regulates the conditions governing the use of this Website (www.isabellatrebede.com/) and the purchase or acquisition of products and/or services through it (hereinafter, the Conditions).
For the purposes of these Conditions, the activity that Isabella Trébede carries out through the Website includes:
Sale of guided tours and tourist activities.
In addition to reading these Conditions, before accessing, browsing, and/or using this Website, the User must have read the Legal Notice and the General Terms of Use, including the cookie policy and the privacy and data protection policy of Isabella Trébede. By using this Website or by making and/or requesting the acquisition of a product and/or service through it, the User consents to be bound by these Conditions and all previously mentioned documents. If the User does not agree with all of this, they should not use the Website.
Furthermore, these Conditions may be modified. The User is responsible for consulting them each time they access, browse, and/or use the Website, as those in force at the time the purchase of products and/or services is requested will apply.

2. THE USER
Access, browsing and use of the Website confers the status of user (hereinafter referred to individually as User or collectively as Users). From the moment browsing begins, all the Conditions set out herein are accepted, as well as any subsequent modifications, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding mandatory legal regulations.
The User assumes responsibility for the correct use of the Website. This responsibility includes:

– Not making any false or fraudulent purchases. If a purchase of this nature is reasonably suspected, it may be cancelled and the relevant authorities informed.

3. PURCHASE OR ACQUISITION PROCESS
Properly registered Users may purchase through the Website using the means and procedures established. They must follow the online purchase and/or acquisition process on www.isabellatrebede.com/, during which various products and/or services may be selected and added to the cart, basket, or final purchase space, and finally click on “Reserve”.
The User must fill in and/or verify the information requested in each step. Before payment, modifications can be made.
Next, the User will receive an email confirming that Isabella Trébede has received their order or purchase request, that is, the order confirmation. The User will also be informed by email when the purchase is being dispatched.
Once the purchase procedure is completed, the User consents to the Website generating an electronic invoice, which will be sent by email. The User may request a paper copy of the invoice by contacting Isabella Trébede through the contact spaces on the Website or using the details provided above.
The User acknowledges being aware, at the time of purchase, of the specific sales conditions concerning the product and/or service in question, displayed on its page on the Website—e.g. name, price, components, weight, quantity, details, characteristics, and/or cost of the services—and agrees that placing an order implies full acceptance of those particular conditions.

4. AVAILABILITY
All purchase orders received through the Website are subject to product availability or to circumstances or force majeure events affecting the supply or provision of services. If difficulties arise or there is no stock, Isabella Trébede will contact the User and refund any amount paid. The same applies when a service becomes impossible to perform.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices displayed on the Website are final, in Euros (€), and include taxes unless otherwise legally required.
Unless otherwise indicated, product prices exclude shipping costs, which are added during checkout. The User will be able to review available shipping methods and costs and choose the preferred option.
The Website will never add extra charges automatically—only those voluntarily selected by the User.
Prices may change at any time, but such changes will not affect purchases already confirmed.
Accepted payment methods: credit or debit card.
Users may also pay all or part of the purchase using a gift card or voucher issued by Isabella Trébede or Isabel Herrero Blanco.
The Website uses SSL secure payment systems. Credit cards are subject to verification by the issuing bank. If payment is not authorized, the purchase cannot be formalized.
A pre-authorization may be made upon receiving the purchase order to ensure sufficient funds. The actual charge is made when the User receives shipment confirmation or confirmation of the service.
For purchases paid with gift cards or vouchers, the charge occurs when the order confirmation is sent.
By clicking “Reserve,” the User confirms that the payment method used is theirs or that they are the legitimate holder of the gift card or voucher.
6. DELIVERY
Deliveries are carried out within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
Unless extraordinary circumstances arise or personalization delays delivery, the order will be delivered within the timeframe indicated on the Website and, in any case, within 30 calendar days from confirmation.
If delivery cannot be made for reasons attributable to Isabella Trébede, the User will be contacted to choose between a new delivery date or cancelling the order with a full refund.
If delivery is impossible due to the User’s absence, the order may be returned to the warehouse. A notice will be left with instructions for redelivery.
If 30 days pass without successful delivery for reasons not attributable to the company, the contract will be considered terminated, and the User will be refunded—excluding additional delivery costs incurred by the User’s choice of a more expensive shipping method.
Delivery is considered completed when the User or an authorized third party signs for receipt.
Risk passes to the User upon delivery. Ownership passes once full payment has been received.
For VAT purposes, deliveries within Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) are subject to Spanish VAT.
7. TECHNICAL MEANS FOR CORRECTING ERRORS
If the User detects errors in the data entered during the purchase process, they may correct them by contacting Isabella Trébede through the Website’s contact spaces or using the customer service information.

8. RETURNS
Users purchasing through the Website have rights described below.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without justification.
This period begins the day the User or an authorized third party receives the goods, or, for services, from the day the contract is concluded.
The User must notify their decision clearly and unequivocally. A withdrawal form is available but not mandatory.
Refunds include delivery costs (except extra costs from choosing a more expensive method). Refunds are made within 14 days via the same payment method. The company may withhold reimbursement until receiving the goods or proof of return.
The User must return goods within 14 days and assumes direct return costs. Returned goods must be in original condition. Certain products are exempt from withdrawal under Spanish law (personalized items, items unsealed for hygiene reasons, perishable goods, etc.).
Defective products or shipping errors
Users must notify defects immediately. Returned products will be examined and may be refunded or replaced within 14 days. Refunds include shipping and return costs.
Guarantees
Products carry a two-year legal guarantee. Non-conformity claims must follow the established procedures.
9. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Isabella Trébede is not liable for losses not attributable to its breach, business losses, or indirect damages.

11. WAIVER

15. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
